Through tools such as TalentWorth, OfferCheck, and What Should I Pay, the platform analyzes compensation structures across base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, and total compensation to provide actionable insights for career decisions, hiring, and negotiation strategies.

For Payprweight, I was responsible for designing the platform’s product experience and user interface. My work focused on creating a clear and structured way for executives to understand complex compensation data.
I designed the product dashboard, user flows, and visual systems that allow users to compare compensation structures, analyze job offers, and explore peer benchmarks. The goal was to translate complex financial and compensation data into an intuitive and accessible interface that supports informed career and hiring decisions.
Main Challenge
The primary challenge was designing a system that could translate highly complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights.
Executive compensation structures often include multiple components such as base salary, bonuses, equity, and long-term incentives. Presenting this information in a way that allows users to easily understand their position relative to comparable peers required thoughtful information architecture, clear visual hierarchies, and effective data visualization.
The platform needed to balance analytical depth with usability, ensuring that users could quickly grasp insights while still having access to detailed comparisons and structured reports.
